Terms Of Service

1. Scan will be hosted for three months (free scan); twelve months (paid scan) and renewed for 12 months for $25.
2. Free scans are limited to 3,000 sf and billed at normal rates thereafter.
3. Perfect View 3D owns the right to the scan.
4. Perfect View 3D has the right to disable scans once a property is no longer on the market or for sale.
5. If a scan is disabled a new scan will be required at normal costs unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Perfect View 3D is not responsibly for the conduct, quality, customer service, agreements, offers, etc., from third party vendors who are advertised on this site.  Anyone who chooses to use a third party business mentioned on this website does so at their own personal and financial risk.
7. Clients will receive a unique web page on the Perfect View 3D website, Matterport branded link Matterport unbranded link (for MLS input) and an IFRAME embed code within 48 hours after completion of scan.
8. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE INVOICE.
